I bet there is a child custody case somewhere in this story. Step-dad is letting the kids play with his toys so the step kids won't want to go live with their real dad.
On the other hand, real dad may have a case that letting a 15- or 18-year-old drive this kind of car is placing them in danger.
Heard this morning on WBAP that the car belongs to a guy who is dating a woman whose 17 year old son attends Hebron HS. I'm sure he's a very responsible young man coming from a broken home and all.
