- Remember the golfer (who had Decatur ties) who was attacked on a metroplex golf course with a broken golf club? He almost bled to death. Well, he's taking legal action: He's suing the golf course.

- There were three people on my jury panel this morning who had family members that I had represented in DWIs.

Interesting that the golf thing changed from "stabbed with a broken golf club" to "dude impaled himself when he 'immediately' jumped on the drunk guy who 'negligently retained' his own broken golf club."

I think he should sue, the marshall said one was not right, when apparently he should have thrown the guy off the course before he injured the guy...just saying.
Since everybody in Wise County is related it is natural to have these connections. Must have been a small panel if only three had family members you represented.
The worthless peice of crap,( Clay Carpenter ) got exactly what he deserved. I've witnessed in person on two different occasions, at a track meet of all places,both times in Mineral Wells, Carpenters attitude almost got his ass kicked twice, and one of those times was by a plain clothes off duty state trooper. He's a low life and I feel sorry for his wife and Youngest son
