You aren't allowed to shoot the criminal pet owner that lets the dog get in that situation. If you can't keep your dog secured, preferably in a fenced yard at home, don't gripe about the outcome.

If anything he should be disciplined for firing a weapon through the dog onto the concrete with so many pedestrians within 20 feet. One ricochet and you have a dead human on your hands.

Thanks for warning...not watching. I saw one that happened in New York..disgusting what scardy cat cops we have these days. And, pit bulls are not agressive unless they are taught to be...they are actually couch potatos if that's what you want them to be.
Old post but I have to respond to 10:41. 30 something years exposed to the danger and all the bites came from pit bulls. Well except for one 6 inch amalgamation.
