the guy admitted to wanting to kill, and almost succeeded. Somebody over at the DA's office needs to bump that assault charge up to some sort of attempted murder charge
There was a guy that graduated in my class from Bport high what was a really quiet, nice guy, until he drank. All of a sudden he would turn violent and want to fight anyone that came near him. It was one of the strangest reactions to drinking the booze I've ever seen.

Barry - Maybe you should take this guy out for a couple of drinks and explain the seriousness of this offense from a legal perspective.
