The pic is of the truck and men that stole my welder out of my truck while I was at work at Lowes in Decatur Texas. Maroon with tan strip on bottom. Hub on right rear wheel is missing and it has chrome mirrors. If you know anything you can send me the info or the Decatur PD. police department phone number is 940-627-5100. I'm sure who ever took this picture knew something was up and called the cops. Decatur PD is something to laugh at. Took them forever to respond and he got away.

I don't understand how they got the light post in the back of the pickup like the title says. The bad guys not even facing the light post. How did they balance it too?
Would it be racist to assume that the perp is of hispanic descent? Based on the profile of the old Ford F-150. I know ya'll are thinking it too. Most popular colors are Dark Green and Moroon. Isn't the internet great, so much more important info can be given out anonymously. :)

That is NOT a picture from a security camera.They don't have ground level camera's a Lowes that just happened to be pointed at that particular place in the parking lot.

Most security cameras are in the sky, not eye level to the parking lot. Someone has told you a lie.

Seems fishy. Not a security camera. So, how does someone catch this on a phone cam and send it to someone so they can post it on facebook?

Wellllll, since it's my friend's welder that got stolen, I am glad at least someone had the balls to take a pic of the POS stealing it. AND, before you all get all righteous on me, I wouldn't have confronted said POS either--just taken the pic and called the police.
I'd start looking by 2264 or Hickory street. That area is the redneck shopping club, and as for the photographer, he should have at least yelled "LA MIGRA" from as far away as he was, or at the very least pushed a Lowes shopping cart down the hill so it would dent his truck.

security cam footage is not that crisp, and not from eye level. guy in blue truck probably sold welder to guy in maroon truck, guy in maroon truck either wrote a hot check for it or said he would pay friday when he got his check and didnt pay so now guy in blue truck is saying guy in maroon truck stole his welder. if this is the case and a verble agreement was made it will have to go to court.
