Barry is it possible to get a "your post will be available by so in so time" cuz it takes you way too long for you to post replies.

What are you doing during the day anyway?

And this is the same guy who was bragging on CNN just the other day that the Supreme Court would uphold the law, hands down, no doubt about it!

What a difference 48 hours makes!

Sort of like Barry's confident predictions that Obama will be re-elected!

The Obama Administration IS a train wreck!

And if it is, it will be a good day for the liberties this country was founded on.

NO WAY!!!

Word is Obama's solicitor general couldn't even answer the conservative justice's questions about where to draw the line on what the government can and cannot do in terms of mandating how people spend their money.

We conservatives have been YELLING these things for two-three years.......and this is the best guy Obama could find to defend his cherished law?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!

Talk about STUPID and UNPREPARED.....just like Obama himself!!!!!!

Here's your sign....

Maybe that will slow Obama's
march toward despotism.

Maybe not.

darn, i was looking forward to no donut hole, means a lot.

If this doesn't stop the Obama train, then maybe the sly conversation with Russian President about waiting until after the election so Obama can completely gut our defenses in Europe so Russian Communism can take over, will.

Hey, the government forced us to pay for that wonderful and necessary war in Iraq. You remember when Saddam attacked the US on 9/11, right? The idiot Republicans want mandates to fund unnecessary wars; the idiot Democrats want mandates to purchase health insurance. Bravo, idiots!

"We don't need no stinking Constitution"

Anonymous said...

Barry and rest of the "enlightened ones" will be scratching their heads for some time over this. Too bad they haven't taken the time to read the constitution and how it's applied correctly to check an over-reaching government.

Oh....and re: the RTG girl on the left. How can that smokeshow of a body be attached to that face? Pity....

Blah, blah. blah blah blah blah. And blah blah.

That would be answered prayer!

1:49...The problem is not the mandate to purchase health insurance, the problem is who they want to pay for it. You are obviously not an employer with a small business. You may think it is fair now but when your employer has to decrease your pay in order to pay for these mandates, how happy will you be then? If you don't think this will happen, you apparently do not know what is in the healthcare bill.

I can't believe anyone that understands the constitution would even try to pass such a law. Only lawyers think that they can get anything past the constitution. It should have been a no brainer that it was unconstitutional. You can't force the people to buy something if they don't want it.

4:03 You are wasting your time.

It's over their head.

Quite a dog & pony show so far.

Amen 12:50!!!

Does anyone think that Obama’s Solicitor General, Donald Verrilli purposely choked?

I can hear the obama campaign rhetoric now. "The Republicans stole your healthcare!!!" Vote for me and i'll get it back.

He really has nothing else to run on. His economic plan is non-existent; his social programs are helping to bankrupt the country, both socially and economically.

He has no choice but to run against the big bad Republicans.

Ever notice when super large American companies break contracts with retired workers, or current agreements....they redirect their medical benefits toward Medicare...the federal program????? These large multiple national companies know that Medicare is cheaper than their own plans and therefore turn over their own employees to government controlled medicine....the best attorneys and accountants in restructuring turn to the government for help...... Numbers don't lie and are not political.....

It just flat ass won't work. How are you going to get people that don't pay for anything now pay for it then?I guess we will have to hire more federal agents to take it away from them?Take their income tax returns?most are not leagally employed or are very low income. What about the illegals, the federal goverment has already determined that we cannot force an idenity on them.I was at the emergency room last week and a woman came in with a siteen year and no insurance. It's probably tacked onto mine now.

Randy Barnett gives a very logical argument explaining the unconstitutionality of the Obamacare individual mandate based on its unprecedentedness. Look up his "four reasons" for a devastating argument against Obamacare.

We shouldn't be forced to spend money a certain way just as hospital's shouldn't be forced to provide services without payment.

It is an easy fix but nobody comes close to having the balls to do it. No payment = No service.
