1. Do you believe in divine intervention? 2. If yes, do you believe that the divine force that is intervening would have an interest in the outcome of football games? 3. Do you believe that the divine force intervening in football would be pro-Tebow?
Oh, and there would be a "Press 1 for English" option on the front end.
Divine intervention literally means that a divine being is engaging in specific acts to make Tim Tebow win football games. Are there no Christians on the opposing teams? Is Tim Tebow a "better" Christian in the divine being's eyes? Is this divine being, who apparently has the power to impact a football game, not interested in the suffering of little children, or innocents about to be murdered or a family that in moments will be killed by a drunk driver? Etc. Etc.
This divine intervention is (some) of Tebow's athletic activities is ludicrous. Where was the "intervention" in the 3 December games Tebow lost? Did the field goal kicker ask for the same interventions when he kicked the winning points? How about the hiker and holder? The blockers, runners and receivers? And where will the interventionist be when Brady and New England get a hold of Tebow this weekend.
I have no problem with saying that someone has made the most out of a God-given talent (in contrast, there are some people out there who have a God-given talent and never use it).
But I've always thought that God doesn't like it when you come to Him in prayer and ask for tacky things — like scoring points in a football game.
Football, to me, is nothing but a business, and I really think equating it with religion and spirituality is kind of crass. It's just a game, after all.....why not pray before you play your Xbox?
Just an aside, but can you imagine the Iron Will it takes a virgin man to have access to some awfully hot women (like the girl in this photo) and not give in to your natural desires and inclinations?
I'm a Christian too, but all I can say is that Tebow has got a lot more discipline than I do!
Do I believe that his success is a divine intervention of God? The answer to that question is no, but I believe that God blesses those that are disciples of him. Tebow works just as hard or harder than anyone in the game and that is why he is successful. He also wants to win and that goes a long way as well.
Wow Barry! You actually have some intelligent folks on here today as well as some witty ones. Rest assured that no sooner than you post this comment we'll here from WordKyle or some other winger fanatic. Jus' sayin.

Loaded quesiton.
The question should come third:
1. Do you believe in divine intervention?
2. If yes, do you believe that the divine force that is intervening would have an interest in the outcome of football games?
3. Do you believe that the divine force intervening in football would be pro-Tebow?

¡Madre de dios! ¡Jesús ama a Tim Tebow mucho!

Hogwash!
Who gives a F who he is or what he does or what his opinion is on any subject?
I don't.

Who is Tim Tebow?
I had no idea the Caucasian faith was smaller than a mustard seed.
The mustard seed when sown becomes greater than all the others. So get to sowing.
???
11:28 - maybe he's a gay Christian?

Divine Intervention is an awesome Slayer album
BG, when do we get to see a picture of you Tebowing after getting an NG verdict?
I work really hard on my abs, but divine intervention doesn't make them a six pack..... I must not be doing the tebowing right
I like to give myself credit for all my talents.
After all it wasn't some GD "God" person who got off their a## and did something with my life.
I wonder why all those niggers that think god gives Tebow all that success aren't pissed that he doesn't give them some jobs. (or brains)
that's not NFL QB model/actress girlfriend-quality material he's with there. Even an atheist (or Jeff Garcia) can do better than that
Nice mustard seed reference. Your old Sunday school teacher would be proud of you.
You need to check out the Jimmy Fallon clip of Tim Tebow/David Bowie doing Bowie's Space Oddity.
Has God set the over-under on the Denver vs NE game yet? Let me know so I can get my bet down before St. Peter. He always hogs all the action.
