Something tells me this woman is a guilty.
She's dumb regardless. If she didn't do it, she should have just told the truth and left things alone. Changing the story can't look good. If she did do it, she's going to get caught.
how does a four yr old know the difference between suicide and a home invasion? wouldn't the child be MORE scared the intruder would come back and get her/him?
Sounds fishy to me...
doesn't look like were dealing with a Mensa person here. Odds are they'll find a partial print of hers on the gun and their poor daughter will grow up without her parents.

Maybe he has life insurance and suicide voids the money, so she was trying to cover that up. Or, maybe she just wanted him dead.
Specially trained dogs failed to detect the scent of intruder? Could some please tell me what intruder is supposed to smell like? I missed that program of CSI-Miami.
