That's what is wrong with society. Everyone is sue happy. Never their own fault. Guess someone else should have hooked him in to his harness and that wouldn't have happened. I feel for his family, but cut the court system clogging down.

Of course they were involved, he didn't have any at the time he fell which is why he fell, his body couldn't deal with sobriety.
