You really don't know how good you have it. Try driving here in Northern VA. Every single major highway, bridge and rail is under multi-year construction and not expected to be completed within the next year. What was once a one hour commute has turned into two or more hours depending upon road conditions and any accidents.
I hear you and I feel for you but not a whole lot of sympathy.
