I'm glad this has been put to rest, for the families and tax payers.
Too bad the Malone's got off so easy. What they were doing leads to the type of thing that happened with Mr. York.

Praise God and may he be with all involved.

At last the familys can have some closure, The Malones who were guilty of wrong doings are doing their time, most of those people had nothing to do with what they were being accused of, so to anonymous at 12:51 if you dont know the malones on a personal level, DONT OPEN YOUR MOUTH

You seem to have more information than investigators on the Malones!!! Wow everyone is quick to judge and point fingers. So 12:51 take your proven information and keep those "Malones" where YOU think they belong!! And what did happen to Mr. York? Did no one EVER try to help him? I would believe he could have gotten help if he wanted it - too many people just want to BLAME others, when things go horrifically wrong. Mr. York had a family that would have helped get mental help if he wanted it. We live in a world of enablers, who believe they are helping by providing love and NO guidance.

5 yrs seems light for manufacturing. That stuff kills folks also.

Really...this has nothing to do with the Malones...This has been a long wait for everyone and I am glad it is over. Maybe we can all move on and be at peace with everything. I am glad he stood up and admitted that what he did was wrong. So many people coward and hide and just hope they can find a loop hole. I pray for his children because no matter what happened they are losing the chance to be with their father. I pray for the family of Sergeant White because they lost a great man. Thank God that it is over.

Saying a prayer for all those involved.

my best friend was one that was involved inthe malones hoopla, she was booked in at the jail and had to be bonded out, she has never had a criminal record, or ever even gotten a traffic citation. She was someone who i still to this day will leave my children with and know they are totally taken care of. i am so glad those who were innocent inthis case are free from the charges, and Wise County need to look into Chad Linear, who in more than one instance has been wrong, WHY are WE as tax payers putting up with his stupidity. He is an idiot

those malones are just some bad dudes. they have been nothing but trouble for folks living around them for years.

Guidance? Were talking about adults here? We need more rehabs than jails. Reporting to a probation office, paying money, taking a 16 hour drug course, and peeing in a cup isn't rehab.

You are correct, 2:42PM.......the way our justice system handles things these days reminds me of the military-industrial complex Eisenhower warned us about so long ago.

You can bet those "around the Malones" knew what they were doing and chose not to distance themselves. Enough said.

There are no winners in the York deal. A man can put his brain on hold and do some incredible things he wouldn't do any other time in his life. A policman's family forever altered. A man's life forever altered.

There but for the Grace of God go most of us............not to mention a little reinforcement from friends, family, etc.

The Malone saga is generational! This last incident wasn't the first rodeo for anyone.

man the cowboys sure didn't look very good last night

Malones stole a great deal from me. Do you think I'm happy they were all let go? Not!! Could use a little restitution for my losses!

Why do you people keep refering to "Mr. York"? "Mr" is a title of respect and this animal deserves no respect.

Anonymous said...

12:10, It is because no one here knows how to spell his firts name. :P Steven/Stephen

Anonymous said...

Then 8:23 read the headlines of the paper and the blog title you are committing about and you will know how to spell his name.

BTW- This blog title is about STEPHEN YORK--not the freakin Malones- they will get what is coming to them one day- Karma is a B

Stephen York(by no means does he deserve respect right now he is not a Mr.) But unfortunatly it is not up to me or you unless you are the distrct attorney on how he is punished. And Yes I believe he deserves the needle. Letting him live his life in jail will not do any good. He doesnt deserve to stay alive!!!! That is my comment.

So 1:59 is comment or committing I'm confused by the spelling???

The reporter said (at the time) she didn't know how the officer was in the line of the collision. Well I think we all know York drove his weapon straight into the rear of the cop car. Cold blooded murder...just sayin.
