Why would be expect the police population to not suffer the "weaknesses" the rest of the population does. Not all police have a problem, not all priest have a problem, not all teachers have a problem, ministers, need I go on?
Sure, but usually there is the 'T intersection' sign, but if there is not a sign......and I am not defending his bone head decision to drink and drive(allegedly) ..... but at 1:30 am maybe he just thought the road was a straightaway, then he hit the curb, and brakes got funky for a few seconds, then he tried to regain control after 50+ feet, then he slid into the house.
PLUS......maybe it was a TOYOTA and it was an acceleration issue, then a brake issue.

Okay, I will take the bait and reply...
That is a dumbarse comment.
And you are a dumbarse cop hater, obviously.
Do the police a favor and don't call them when you need them.
Just a note:
Shouldn't there be a stop sign for that intersection?
Especially, since they ACCUSED him of running the STOP sign??
If THAT is the intersection IN question, then where is the STOP sign? The STORY never says he took out the STOP sign.

12:24 is cut from a loin cloth.
I may be wrong, but, if you come to a tee in the road, doesn't the law say stop? or yield if it is all pavement?

Why don't they try and give him death or life in the pen like poor ol Steve.
Of the hundreds of stories in the news, you, again, find the negative one about the cop. Why don't you start looking for the bad lawyer stories.
If he had been a client, would you say he "decided" to ignore the pavement ending?
Or, would you say his truck got out of control?
Just askin'...
Is this blog closed on the weekends or is everbody out drinkin or somethin?
Lot more bad cops out there than bad lawyers, and last time I checked it was the police that "protect" the public!
8:46... last time I checked all lawyers were bad.
