no other cars were involved. There were some idiots who were driving to fast and almost hit the Officers on the side of the road, and they almost caused an accident. People need to look up "Fail to yield to an emergency vehicle" - slow down folks!
but, these are our professional's that lived a virgin life and became the most "prepared officers" from the "Austin Davidian". Could there be problems in the branch of limbs to Wise County DPS traffic enforcement? NO, no, no not this is 2010.

I don't know about the wreck but I'd imagine your shoulders fate was sealed after you posted the pro meth head comment in "The Spin".
Another statement like that, young man, and it may be your neck next time.
No thanks.
Trooper slid into guardrail while responding to the four car pile up which stopped traffic for a long time. People just can't learn when to slow down.

Was the trooper ticketed for exceeding the road conditions?

There is no law worded exceeding the road conditions. It is called unsafe speed or fail to control speed.
