She does have that crazy look in her eyes but, the clincher is her nails. Crazy chicks tend to take the time and go through the trouble of having long, well kept nails but, not painting them.
Don't know why but, you'll forget reading this until you see a chick with nails like that and say to yourself,"This is ringing a bell, what's bothering me about this picture?" and you'll realize she's crazy as a bedbug and every other woman like that you've ever encountered has been also.
