I'm not sure I know the law firm of Patton, Boggs but, having worked in a large downtown law firm before, being in close proximity to a park was never a top priority of my bill-some-more-bosses.

The Woodall Rogers Deck Park is not just a park, though. It will be a very unique destination type of thing for those that live and work in and around downtown. And for those of you that have not been in or around the convergence of downtown and uptown Dallas recently, you're not qualified to retort and offer up "crappy Dallas, crappy big city" comments.
