Based upon prices in Fort Worth this weekend, $3.43 will seem cheap in a few days.

I have a prediction. If the liberal weenies get the Bammy or Hammy elected, there will be a 50 cent a gallon tax added that will by their reasoning, make us conserve because you see they are the party of the little guy.
We deserve it. Huge vehicles, and choices we make to live in places that force us to drive everywhere. We are the problem, not the gas companies. We won't stop buying the stuff.
Please recall that a barrel of oil was $20 when Bush was elected. It's over $117 a barrel today. Part of that increase is due to the shrinking value of a dollar. Part of the shrinkage is due to the huge deficits this government is running making our money less valuable. Our huge appetite for fuel is driving up the costs. Supply and demand - that's capitalism at its finest.
Who knows what will happen when Obama/Clinton are elected? But we do know the disaster the Bush bunch has made of our economy.
Can you believe that after 7 years of Bush governmental incompetence, someone actually tries to blame the Democratic Senate (51 -49 margin for 4 months) for our national economic problems? Pretty pathetic.
Pathetic? It's Hilarious!!!!! When you see a Hummer or similar gas guzzler on the street, the Terrorist win a little bit. Support Terrorism!!!! Drive a big'un!

I told what will happen when Mr. and Mrs. Anti-Christ are elected. How much has gas risen since the liberal weenies have taken over the Senate?
