4:13, They are called doctors and lawyers. Just fill out an application and put on there that you have no experience or education and you will immediately be hired.

You'd be surprised at the number of people who live in $400,000 and up homes. Hell, I figure if I give the Tax Appraisal district another two or three years to jack my appraised value like they've been doing for the past few years, I may have a home in that price range

Ah yes, and K-Bobs will be turned into another athletic club for these new Wise County bodies, and fast food chains will continue scrambling for places to build......in Decatur, of course.

Meanwhile, bankruptcy is alive and well and mortgage companies are even going under.

I'm surprised that people are going to pay that kind of money for a home and are going to have to send their kids to Boyd schools...maybe they can get in here and get the bond passed and we can get something done with the schools.

Did anyone notice that the customer shaking hands with the owner in the K_Bob's photo had the sleeves cut out of his shirt.

6:51, didn't you read Barry's post and link to the article about the declining income of lawyers?? These days, very few of them could afford a $600,000.00 house.

7:46am, I read somewhere that students in Highland Oaks will be able to choose to go to school at Boyd, Decatur, or Northwest.

8:53, Yes I did, but there are still way too many ambulance chasers of old that have the market cornered that can afford this type of house.
