What The . . .?

This blurb from the Update today (although somehow it is the second story behind a bridge inspection.)

Ok, who is she? How long had she been there? At what part of Business 287 was she found? Who found her? "Fallen or pushed"? Hmmmmm.

Edit: The link above has an update in the, uh, Update.

I believe she was found just a little north of what used to be Bell Baptist Church--I saw a "gaggle" of police vehicles there on my way to work this morning.

How many geese are in a gaggle? Maybe that will identify just how many police vehicles there were.

One commentator said they saw something this morning. I guess it really matters when it happened and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but yesterday we came upon a pretty odd site as we were heading to FTW around 2pm. There were some law enforcement officials, a car with a couple and a woman that looked beat up standing by herself away from the others. It looked like the cops and the couple were desperately pleading with her and she just stood there looking like a cornered animal. At first look, it looked like she was about to dart into the traffic, but maybe she was scared and in shock from falling/being shoved out of the back of that truck? All I know is it wasn't your usual site to see on 287...especially in the middle of the median of the North bound and South Bound lanes. Plus the woman was obviously distraught over something and looked like she was in pretty bad shape. My husband said he thought it was around 9-mile tank, whatever that is.

So....the husband didn't know she tried to jump into the back of his truck? Or, did he choose to ignore the fact that she did and fell?
And, what is up with the pigs waiting till this afternoon to speak to the husband?

I sense something bigs going to happen involving a woman.

Since it is apparently in Wise County, I'm just wondering how big that woman is - I'm basing my question on 1:28PM's post.

To 3:24...
She would have to be a fairly large woman. From the sounds of things she typically rode in the BACK of the pick-up.

Why can't you people leave your names with your comments. I don't care who you are, you have no business writing in if you don't leave your name. are you scared? Grow some "cahones" and leave your name. Good lord. Oh, by the way,

She was found on Bus 287 N just south of the skating rink.

Cody, if you don't care who we are why do you wish we'd leave our names? You win the prize for the dumbest comment of the day. By the way, are you related to Howdy- Doody?

Someone needs to put his big boy pants on.
What difference does it make if someone posts anon or not? It doesn't change anything. A comment is a comment with or without a name.

Gator, (11:40) U must be new to the neigborhood, we do not rely on our spouse to tell us of an opinion of what they see. U can look, make an assumption and write it back to the BLOG. Girl U are in for a very good adventure of Wise County, CHARLIE'S 1st, the rest will come crashing down. WELCOME to the DECATUR.
