Yeah, it's a crappy photo because I take crappy photos at 70 mph when I didn't plan on taking the photo in the first place.
This thing is about three miles south of Decatur along 287 (on the west side of the highway). The building looks small but it has about six to eight huge concrete pillars around it (can't really see them in the pic) that makes me thing there might be something bigger coming.

I am FROM England, I happen to still have a home in Runaway Bay but tend to spend MOST of my time at my other home in Colorado. I never have and never will be from anywhere in Wise County.
I live in Reatta...right up the road from that mess. It's going to be Charlie's concrete. Oh joy. I get to pass a stupid concrete plant to get to my quaint little hood. If only we had known before we built out here....

Yes, you are correct on this being Charlie's Concrete....but the original plans were to build a 2 story whorehouse. Those plans were soon nixed when the owners discovered there would just be too much fu@#*@+ overhead for it to be financially feasible. My good friend Tyeirone Shoelace filled me in on the details.
