Tara Conner

. . . was on the Today Show this morning. This thing has turned into the theater of the bizarre with Matt Lauer asking "Did you use cocaine?" "When did you start?" "Were you out drinking late at night?" "Do you have a sexual addiction?" "Were you abused?" "Was it physical or sexual?"

I am so against this. This is from the the Update.

SATURDAY CONCERT — A fund-raiser concert Saturday in Bridgeport will help offset the cost of Texas first lady Anita Perry’s visit to Bridgeport on Feb. 28. The musical production, sponsored by the Music Ministry of First Baptist Church of Bridgeport, will be at 6 p.m. at the Fine Arts Theater on Halsell Street. Admission is $10. Perry will visit Bridgeport to help residents celebrate the town becoming a Texas Main Street city.

This is such a bad idea!

What EVER happened to teaching people to say the VERY SIMPLE sentence;
"I do NOT feel comfortable discussing THAT matter with YOU."
when someone asks an INTIMATE/INAPPROPRIATE question?

OBVIOUSLY Tara Conner did NOT learn ANYTHING about remaining within BOUNDARIES while she was in "rehab".

Anonymous 9:08, one way to demonstrate your opposition to this activity would be to not attend, and keep your ten dollars. By not participating, the damage or suffering inflicted upon you by this event is kept to a minimum.

What's with the Baptist sweater and the friggin teddy bear? Bit of an oversell on the repentance thing, isn't it?

9:08 - why is it such a bad idea?

I think it's nice that FBC Bridgeport would volunteer their talents to raise funds. They won't get anything from this but a chance to showcase some talented folks from that church.

What's wrong with that?

Anonymous 12:18, thank you for saving us all, from ourselves. What would we do without people such as yourself?

Anon 5:28, can you recognize dog poop when you step in it? Good thing it wasn't sarcasm.
