When I got to this line "Investigators have said the siblings shared a home near Lake Bridgeport and that they were in a sexual relationship." ....I dropped my lemur.
"Siblings" and "sexual relationship" are words that shouldn't be used in the same sentence.
Is there a legal exemption that allows law enforcement officials to keep CP loaded computers on desks in their offices, and to invite members of the general public to view and circulate the filenames? I was amazed it happened, and that filenames were made available to the public. At what point does necessary viewing of CP for a criminal investigation end and possession of CP begin?
