Barry - why don't you do what any other red-blooded american lawyer would do --- sue the hell out of them. They will either hand over the keys to the business or settle for a huge cash pay-out to you. If they hand you the keys, you could then have your e-mail address removed and make money from harrassing those of us who are not lawyers and do not have the $300K necessary for lawyer fees to accomplish the same thing.

Given the fact so many people use this site, the best thing to do is go to your registrar edit your personal information-or purchase an identity protector package that will use a generic name and address from your domain registrar: Network Solutions.. That will clear up about 94% of your problem.
