Easy to tell. She's about to take a bite. Notice the bite already taken, and notice her tongue is clean. If she were vomiting, she would redirect herself. She would not throw up on the burger. And she does not exhibit any physical signs of someone in physical stress. At any rate, it's great to see a skinny kid eat a burger.
