The liberals have spoken. They have no problem of free speech being taken away which is guaranteed in the constitution but by God don't dare eavesdrop on suspected terrorists.

To Barry...
Rather than taking up your time and censoring the comments why not see if people who visit YOUR blog are civilized enough to honour YOUR request and tone down the vulgarity? I think it would be truly interesting to see if people who visit your blog are the type who ONLY abide by the law because someone is looking or they are the type of people who abide by the law because it is HONOURABLE.

Just a thought mind you.

Ahhhhhh....uuuuhhhhh Sweetie, I am not one to find fault especially when someone has REALLY tried to do a GOOD thing but....how am I going to break it to him? ahhhhhh...uhhhhh you left out an "N" in your blogger log in name.

However, really nice try. Good work. *;)

Oh, nooo! That last little exchange made me laugh out loud...;)

And, for the record, I'm one of those p.o.'d Republicans who DO NOT want anybody wire-tapping me. Good lord...I had an "are you kidding" moment @ the WalMart pharmacy the other day having to give my driver's license number for Sudafed. Seems the government likes keeping up w/how much I'm buying...you know, in case I'm thinking of opening a meth lab up here next to the computer...ugh...

Shhh....I can hear my personal privacy rights dying....

Comment, It was the crystal methodists that screwed it up for you, not the government. And by the way, they are not tapping your phone, they are eavesdropping on suspected terrorists. They don't have time to listen in on all of us.

Guess our responders got two of your polls mixed up. This one had NOTHING to do with government eaves dropping. The question was, "should offensive bloggers be censored?" Looks like a slight majority think there should be some form of censorship of the gross comments.

I agree with Mzchief on this one. Let's see what happens. I think anoyasstapper left out the "n" purposely, as in annoy.

To overtherainbow...
Precisely, "anoyasstapper" left out an "N". *;)

I think the profanity is much less irritating than the pretentious mzchief's FVCK!N' BOLDING. Get over yourself, hunney bunney. Why don't you try a yellow hi-liter or something.......it's getting very tiresome. And, I'm not the a$$ tapper.

Thats right you are not THE MAN ! And the n was left out do to time restraints , not lack of ability !

Barry's blog - he gets to decide what stays and what goes. I don't see how that at all equals censorship or taking away freedom of speech.

I don't get to say what I want at my parents house (and live :) (and I am over 40) - I "censor' myself because it is the right thing to do. Barry's house - Barry's rules.

7:10 I have to agree with you. I'm willing to let a "liberal" like Barry exercise some common sense and screen out the excessively obscene idiotic comments.

HEY GUYS I DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY JUST FELT LIKE BOLDING SOME WORDS..SEE YA LATER!
