I went to Lollapalooza/Dallas in 1994 on a date with my future husband. There was a huge foodfight but that was about it. The younger generation seems so extreme, maybe angry? Girls have to show nudity and get elaborate tattoos to warrant what they think is good attention. Dancing is now dangerous at shows like that. Of course, I start thinking/saying things like that and I'm sure each aging generation thinks the same thing about the upcoming ones but man we've gone a long way from Ed Sullivan not showing Elivs's swinging hips to Fergie (Black Eyed Peas) singing about her London Bridge falling down. If you haven't heard that song, it is very sexually explicit.

Little sympathy. That's what happens at these things. When you go, you know that.
Music is so fun.
