They showed Travis Pastrana's training session the other night. He was landing his tricks in a big box of foam squares. He pulled off a double back flip in competition (first guy to land one ever). It was awesome!!! I like the X-games.
I am not exactly sure of the entire process but I do know it starts with a frontal lobotomy.
