I never liked her politics, but I have always respected and admired her tenacity and tough personality. I hate to hear anyone diagnosed with any cancer.
Dana Reeve died of lung cancer at 44 years of age...never smoked a cigarette...how presumptive of you to assume because she smoked is why she got lung cancer. Studies show that for some reason as many women die of lung cancer that don't smoke than do. If we new what REALLY caused cancer, could we not cure it?
With that said, think I'll go have another cigarette...

I liked her a helluva lot better than either Bush or Perry as our governator.
I didn't care for her as Governor but she has battled through a lot of problems. I'm sure she'll take on this fight just the same.

Ann is a tough old bird - had to be - after teaching in the public schools, being a county commissioner, governor, alcoholic and divorcee.
All qualifying her for this battle.
She'll be ok. She's one gritty dame!
