Sorriness

The parade of former MVPs before the Super Bowl was good stuff yesterday. But I noticed that Joe Montana wasn't there.
"Two sources close to the league said Montana refused to attend over money. One of the sources said Montana asked for a guarantee of at least $100,000 for appearances if he came here, and the league said it would not make that guarantee."

That's called worshipping the "all mighty dollar." And think, I liked Joe Montana.

Sad, sad, sad. Maybe he needs the money? He has started doing some pretty stupid commercials lately. They make all that money will their hot but after they are done playing they have to live off their investments.

So let's see, Rayfield Wright DROVE to Detroit just to try and hock his book but Joe wouldn't go for less than $100 grand. Teach your kids to pass not block.

I think he needs money for food. Look at his ass in the fed-ex ad. He looks so scrawny.

Gay or not gay to look at another man's ass to determine sorriness?

from all the the nfl game him .... millions of dollars, a lifetime of fame and a fulltime job for many years, and he cant make an appearance on behalf of the the group that put him where he is today?

what an ass. i have lost my respect for him, and it will cost him $100,000 for me to change my opinion.

...poor Joe - too many hits to his head when he played the game..

....likely rendered him too dumb to invest.....

...but not too dumb to be greedy!

Terry Bradshaw was the other one who did not attend. He stated that it had nothing to do with money but the fact he doesn't like going to the superbowl and it allowed him to spend the day with his daughter. Who knows?????
