You know, not smart, I realize...but, get off her @ss....I've thought about it a million times. And, she's about as intelligent as a Quaker Oats box. Maybe the baby was ultra fussy, and she was only heading down the street....
You can't defend her or anyone else who chooses to put their child at risk. Statistics say that most accidents occur within 1 mile of your home. Whether thats true or not, why take the risk. We've all thought about it, but the difference is that we chose to protect or child. If a child is fussy, you pull over. Poor choice on her part.
I recently got a ticket from a Wise County Deputy on Paradise School House road for a child in my lap. Never thought it was too dangerous. I went in to see Sheriff Walker as I did not want to pay the fine. After he graphically explained how kids fly through the window, and he, nor his deputies like scaping up the leftovers, I paid the ticket and purchased a new seat. LESSON LEARNED. SEND BRITNEY A TICKET!!!
Very poor choice on Britany's part AND... Comment4u, if the baby was ultra fussy, why not let the body guard in the passenger seat drive while she tended to the baby!
She's got plenty of money to buy the best car seat there is!
If you had seen the entire story, you wuold have been told she was attempting to flee a bunch of jerks chasing her to get pics, etc. The passenger is on the phone trying to get the cops to come help. (CNN)
That doesn't help her case any. Let's flee from reporter's with your child in your lap. Fleeing in itself is dangerous, not to mention holding a baby. There's absolutely no excuse.

She kinda looks like Susan Smith the woman that drowned her two boys by sending the car into the lake in that picture to me.

looks like a typical day at wal-mart in decatur! Only thing missing would be a Vagina Slim hanging out of her mouth!

Uh, 7:37, maybe you should spell check!
Knew I'd catch hell on this one...;-)
I can just hear Gomer Pyle in Mayberryland saying "Citizens Arrest - Citizens Arrest!"
there's no telling what that poor child of hers has to put up with.
at least the bodyguard was on the phone and not brittany.
The baby doesn't look fussy to me. It's sucking on her finger!
its more like, anon 12:14, "atleast the bodygaurd was on the phone, not on brittany"
haha
