I was listening to this last night and the man's lawyer says that they will be killing a man who writes children's books... I was thinking since when does writing children's books obsolve you of 4 murders?!

I don't care what the Celebrities, Reverend and Bob-on-the-street-corner have to say about the death penalty. Tookie KILLED four people, and I would BET that if one of those four were remotely connected to the ones blistering against "killing the killer," it'd be a different story.
Do the crime, do the time. As in, you stopped time for your victims; yours is up too.
Riots can be handled as well. (Except in France.)
