For Political Junkies

Here's a complilation of this years most "mind numbing" political quotes. Here's my favorite: (15) "I question it based on a review of the video footage which I spent an hour or so looking at last night in my office. She certainly seems to respond to visual stimuli." --Sen. Bill Frist, diagnosing Terri Schiavo's condition during a speech on the Senate floor, March 17, 2005 [The autopsy later revealed she was blind.] (Source) And Bill Frist is planning a run for President. It may the first time I ever join a protest march in my life.

This rich white physician is the epitome of what is wrong with today's political landscape. He is more interested in furthering the Republican agenda....and his own...than offering solutions that help the most needy Americans. And some of you bloggers want to know what liberals stand for.....Sen. Frist is the poster child of what liberals DO NOT believe in.

HMMM.....This is what the AP is reporting today:

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's AIDS charity paid nearly a half-million dollars in consulting fees to members of his political inner circle, according to tax returns providing the first financial accounting of the presidential hopeful's nonprofit.

And if this idiot(and head of the DNC)runs for President I'll be protesting.

"I think with a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, you can't play, you know, hide the salami, or whatever it's called." --Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean, urging President Bush to make public Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers's White House records, Oct. 5, 2005
