That is so morbid and awful...I feel so sorry for that woman and her family. I don't care how those dogs are raised...there's always that chance they will instinctively attack...whether provoked or not. Hernandez should definitely be charged with some kind of neglect, at least.

And when they ask the neighbor, he'll say, "My dogs were never aggressive to me" (as if that proves anything).
