Am I the only one that gets rubbed the wrong way when I see the Wise County Tax Appraiser’s Office running around town in a Hummer? I would take those magnetic signs off if they park it and leave it unattended.
X-Chan Thai is awesome! Terrific food. Sushi is excellent. Asian cuisine on the plates is very well prepared and has great taste. Even the grilled catfish is remarkable!
Support local businesses! Go to the square and try it.
Fuzzy's, X-Chan, Panda- All are second rate fast food joints with snazzy logo's and fancy marketing. No wonder this county has so many hoggers, all you lazy assed people eat is fast food. Get off your fat lazy asses, make a decent meal for your family that isn't loaded with sodium and preservatives you can't even pronuonce! That will be all, carry on...
WCAD has plenty of money for a fleet of Hummers or Escalades if they want. If they run a little short suddenly your property is worth 15% more than it was last year. But they didn't raise your taxes...
Man that place makes the square look tattoo parlor nasty. The food is better at the Roanoke one. We all just need to boycott the square and eat at Greenwood Grill.
1103- You sound like a fun person to hang out with. Do you separate 2-ply toilet paper to save $$ also? Learn the definition of fast food. X-Chan doesn't fit that category, but you wouldn't know because your wife is too busy burning the bread.
Fuzzy's is awesome! It is busy! right now - but probably because it is new.
Reunion used to be great - and I hope they will be again. I am rooting for them but they need to work some kinks out. They may need to consider scaling back their menu to make it more streamline.
Then new Asian restaurant is expensive. I have not eaten there however I don't want to pay $14+ for noodles.
The Thai place is terrible. My food had burnt rice and there was a piece of raw chicken in it. It could have been a great dish if it was done correctly. They had to comp the peoples ticket sitting behind me. The people at another table sat there for an hour and never got thier food finally just left. They were very scattered. I hope it gets better. It is too expensive though for lunch.
The Reunion sux!! Their food is disgusting. I went twice (gave it a second chance). It was worse the 2nd time. We complained the guy didnt really even care. It is a nice place. Someone needs to shape it up!
Panda is good. I know its not healthy but what is McDonalds? LOL

We need some good restaraunts to come in. Not like these little fast food places. I think Decatur could support some nicer chain restaraunts.
Fuzzys is overrated! If you want good fish, go to Greenwood. The square is a joke and for the ex elite of Decatur to bask in their former days of Glory before the new money came in.
I tried Reunion on the Square and the food was amazing. Was told they are under new management and doing everything in their power to please the customer. Worked great for us, friendly atmosphere, great server and wonderful food.

I love Panda Express. Don't know if I will go to the square...parking is a big hangup if you are on your lunch time or you don't like to go at night.

If you want amazing Asian food go to Maus Asia cooking right up from Mr Jim's. Best Thai food I've ever eaten.
