Just because you live in a trailer doesn't mean your trash. In this economy many young people can only afford a trailer. I started out in one, disliked every minute of it. Rats scratching through the floor. Bullets flying through three walls and ending up in bathroom cabinet. They should be outlawed, or made stronger.
9:36 - Runaway Bay has a building code that prohibits pre-built structures - except in a single district. No structures have been built there. However, the city itself violated that code when it bought and placed two trailers for the police and fire departments in an area not zoned for trailers.
They also prohibit metal buildings. BUT, the Runaway Bay Community Church built one this past summer. When I inquired why it was allowed, the prophetic answer (from city hall)---"Because someone donated it."

The mom is already in jail on unrelated charges.
It says on another news site that the mother is in jail on unrelated charges so not sure 12:41.
