What he neglected to mention was that the promise was made by President Bush in December of 2008. This timetable made possible by the Iraq Surge, which Barack Obama opposed.

Just repeating false statements does not make it true.

Cute, except for at least two things: one- the draw down to zero was put in place by Bush AND if US troops were to continue to be immune from Iraqi civil prosecution- President Obama would have kept a larger presence there.
