The Rhome City Council could put an end to this with their zero tolerance signs.
If you encourage it you can always ask your kid for gas money!
"Son, if you drive a drug cartel's weed-filled vehicle, just make sure that vehicle isn't stolen. Because stealing is wrong. Oh, and make sure you're old enough to legally possess a valid driver's license. Otherwise, wrong also. Are you even listening? Put down the Wii controller and look at me!"
