Actually, BOTH are frequent flyers in misdemeanor court here--fine outstanding citizens that do nothing but cost productive and law abiding citizens money. One dead and one in prison (hopefully)--our gain.

Officials with the sheriff's department say the couple was arguing in the car.
Robertson decided to get out and began walking along the shoulder of the road. Investigators say that's when Chaffie used her car to hit Robertson.
From the details of the incident, it's really hard not to blame her since he got out of the car and tried to walk away.
