Anyone else notice the cars driving through at the 14 and 23 second marks? Like they didn't notice the tornado crossing the road on their side of the highway?
I have only one question: were they IN the tornado?
for someone who is the emergency manager, you would think he wouldve had more sense and not been so dang close..and yea, re: the cars driving thru it-for real!!! Did they not see the debris flying and that big vortex spinning around them??
