Opening Day: Well, That Looks Exciting

And to think the Rangers were the victim of a no-hitter going into the 7th. Edit: And looky who threw out the first pitch in Washington. It was just a biiiiiit outside.

I'm going to go way out on a limb, here, and say that IF the Rangers are in 1st in their division at the end of May, by at least 2 games..... then they WILL make the playoffs.

I wonder who Obammy would have hit if hadn't practiced?

The Rangers are ahead of the Yankees in the Standings. Gotta love opening day.

Was the pitch wide left?

NPR: "Is Obama the Most Athletic President Ever?" After yesterday's floater, last July's "bounce in" and a 37 bowling, I think we have our answer.

Tossing a pitch and bowling don't really count in my analysis of an individuals athletic ability. I think we need to see some 40 times, standing broad jump(from what I understand Clinton excelled in this exercise), and some agility drills-- the guy has gotta be pretty quick to avoid having to bed the first lady.

All-star break they will 4 games behind, season ender will be the (average) 14-25 games behind. Fans throw one ounce bags of white flower on the field, it's predicted, 50 to 1.
McNabb beats Cowboys twice in the regular season to keep them from making playoffs. Washington will topple Vikings in the NFC Championship. Still waiting on odds.
