I'm not really sure I would call in reinforcemtns for an inmate licking the floor. However, I was not there to here what the guy was saying. He could have been licking the floor and saying something like I's gonna come up off this flo after licking some good ole Johnson Wax and put an ass-whip'n on you boy. I'm just say'n!!
If drugs were legalized, this guy's dignity would be just as absent as it is now. My earlier comment was supposed to be an observation about the indignities to which druggies will subject themselves in order to "enjoy" their drugs.
I thought this dude was nuts..till I remembered spilling some Blow on the Carpet and digging around like I was the Hammer...Thats when i knew it was time...
