Security officer being nosey. Cops get involved in something that probably wasn't criminal. And, two people will probably reach a plea as to some crime that didn't involve a victim. Did I get that about right? Meanwhile, there was probably some real criminal activity that went on...

The guy shouldn't have been tapping his toe.
The guy is a real bozzo, that is, his name is Victor Bozzo of New Jersey.
But it would have been perfectly legal for her to stand in the middle of the hotel atrium area and shout out for all to hear, "hey, I'm a freaking whore and I'll do the first 10 guys to show up to room 401 at 9 o'clock tonight. No charge...I'm a whore, not a prostitute." No arrest, my friends. All she would get is escorted off private property.
I bet the Grapevine police were all giddy.

So being over 40... does this put me at risk for being arrested for talking to younger women? My last two girlfriends were in thier twenties... I'm going to jail.
Based on the pictures, a conversation between those two wouldn't arouse my suspicion.
