Damn! That WCTA (Wise County Tollway Authority) is really cracking down!!
Friend of mine got a warrant notice from them from four years ago, $25 fine per each time plus $250 court cost per time.
I traded a vehicle in on a new one and a couple weeks later I got a bill from the tollway guys. Someone at the dealership was using my old vehicle as a personal vehicle and apparently the tollway was between his house and the dealership. What a cluster?

Considering the cost of keeping a person in jail for a couple months, you'd think that Wise County would pay the couple of bucks for toll instead of a few thousand to care and feed a guest. Hey taxpayers, you're getting reamed on this one.
Yeh, lets release the guy after all he's only not paying child support too... Did we not look at the 1st Charge.... theres a kid somewhere that is not being taken care of and a mother struggling to get by!
