All they had to work with was a general area, and no police officer looking for someone in trouble is going to think first of a taxi cab waiting in line to pick up fares, especially if it looks empty driving by. I'm surprised they found the girls that quickly. You might extend a little of your apparent ability to have God bless someone toward the very police officers who found her, and had to sleep that night wishing they could have had more precise information that could have gotten them there quicker. Or, you might mention to God that we would all appreciate it if he would wake the F*** up (to use your lingo) when little girls are being massacred.
