Surprise, surprise. Done by the same people who do the eye-raping layout of the actual paper.
Templates and clip-art are no-nos. Both on a website and a newspaper.
the entire website is the work of one long-time employee of the paper. She's doing a marvelous job and needs to be congratulated rather than put down.
