i believe a regular dose of metamucil will help with these pains your having. one teaspoonfull in the am and one in the pm. if these symptons persiust over one week, please consult your physician.

Life is about loss,you know, the kind of loss that just reaches down your throat with it's big hairy hand pulling your guts out by the roots throwing them on the sidewalk to bake in the hot summer sun blackening them to some putride extent that they are undistinguishable from anything known to be good.
