Since it's only Wednesday, he should have it down to the minute by Friday. I'm thinking 9:06 a.m.

Geepers Texas people. Enjoy it! Right now, we have 12degrees with a -2 wind chill. Life here in MN may actually get back to normal in a few days with these temps. How I would love to be back in Texas!
