No, the blogger said "If I Were A Mexican, I'd Vote to Ban Bull Fighting".
Where does "Spaniard" come into it? Sure, the bullfighting photo is from Spain, but that doesn't mean the statement isn't accurate. There are plenty of bullfights in Mexico.
I want to see how this acrobatic bull ended up on his head. Gotta be a great video clip.
