So--basically, he was part of getting the cops to come and investigate the situation because of his broken window, and gets himself arrested by being INVOLVED with the situation, AND in addition to that, knows all the time that he has the MJ in his car? What a mental giant!! So, I guess if I look up the word "stupid" in the dictionary, I'll see his picture beside the word.
If he is going to be that big of an idiot, I wouldn't hurry up with an attorney either, he's probably already written them a confession!
