I loved him in The Andy Griffith Show and hated his character on Three's Company.
And the old movies (i.e. The Ghost and Mr. Chicken) would be funny even if released today.

Ole Barney Parney Poo! Loved the whole cast. There has never been a show that can compare to Andy Griffith.
He's a classic, when it comes to memorable TV characters. I still love to watch Andy Griffith on the TVland channel.
The Andy Griffith show like the work of Don Knotts is timeless.
