The jury in the Dena Schlosser capital murder trial (the baby arm case) begin deliberations again this (Saturday) morning.
It's the third day of deliberations. They have already told the judge on Thursday that they were hopelessly deadlocked, and "no one is going to change their decision," but the judge ordered them to continue deliberating.
It's time to let them go. If there is a verdict now, there is to great of a risk that one or more of the jurors has simply given up and wants to go home.

Barry you are correct ...
Maybe they should make the Judge sit at his court until they come to a conclusion.
I bet he is at home right now ...
This woman did a horrible thing. She is nutz (insane). Confine her to a mental institution for a long time. She would then be unlikely to cut the arms off any more of her children.
Just in - a misstrial. Supposedly one (1) holdout. Haven't decided whether to go for a new trial.
lets cut her arms off and let her die just as she did the child.
eighter - are you as insane as this woman seems to be? Bet you're a big "right to life" abotrion opponent, too.
Why didn't she just let God come over and cut the arms off? Why does anyone act on God's command? Can't God do things for himself? I mean, if he can make a tornado turn right and miss your trailer (forget for a moment that then it must be true he sent the darn thing in the first place) then it seems he could make a baby's arms fall off?
you are right, he could do just that, but he does let satan win ever once in a while. God is all powerful.
Reported this morning:
10 for insanity, 1 not insane, 1 indecided.
